PARADISE BAY COTTAGE
Clean, cozy two-bedroom cottage sleeps 6 (one bedroom has a double bed, the other twin beds, and a pull-out queen couch in living room). Its located on a private beach with a lovely view of the harbor and its activity, just 4 blocks from town/boat dock.

 
It has a fully equipped kitchen, new living room furniture, satellite TV, VCR, DVDI charcoal grill, picnic tables, and beach fire pit.

 
The shallow water makes it perfect for small children. Off season rates available, two night minimum. Prior to mid-June rates are $500 per week. Again, after Labor Day, rates are $500 per week. From mid-June to Labor Day rates are $750 weekly, Saturday to Saturday. No pets, please.
