Dave’s Place

Dave’s Place is on Lake Michigan, 9 miles from the ferry dock on the east side of the island. This peaceful cottage is nestled in the trees on Lake Michigan 300 feet off East Side Drive. It is secluded and quiet with a large, sandy beach with fire pit, beach chairs, and spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Experience exquisite sunrises and starry nights from the screened in gazebo.

Amenities include: 1 bedroom with queen bed (queen size air bed available for extra guests); 1 bathroom with walk in shower and washer/dryer; full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, tableware and glassware; open dining and living room; charcoal grill with utensils; books, games and puzzles; antennae for local channels, TV with Roku (can be used with your personal hotspot), DVD player and movies. We ask that guests bring their own bedsheets, pillowcases and towels. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided.

Limit of 5 people. Well-mannered dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. If you’re looking for quality beach time, privacy and a chance to unwind, Dave’s Place is for you.

Rental rate is $1050 weekly Sunday – Sunday in season (Memorial Day – Labor Day).

Off season rates are also available.
