BEAVER ISLAND COMMUNITY CENTER
beaver-island-community-center-logo-100x98At the Heart of a Great Community!
Come one and all to the Beaver Island Community Center where Island residents and visitors come together to share food, fun, information, activities, movies, entertainment, community events and the arts!

The Beaver Island Community Center is home to the Beaver Island Senior Center (through the Charlevoix County Commission on Aging), and the Preservation Association of Beaver Island (PABI), a non-profit organization working to preserve the historical landmarks, architectural character, natural environment and cultural traditions that distinguish Beaver Island from the mainland. Recreated on the site of-and in the spirit of-the old “Dockside Market”, the Community Center was the first special project of PABI.

Located across from the Ferry dock in the heart of downtown St.  James, the Beaver Island Community Center invites all residents and visitors to come experience and enjoy everything we have to offer! For hours, events, tickets and info call, email, or visit the website  www.beaverislandcommunitycenter.org (231) 448-2022.

BEAVER ISLAND PERFORMING ARTS ALLIANCE
The Beaver Island Performing Arts Alliance (BIPAA) formerly known as BICAA was formed in 2006, six years after the first Baroque on Beaver concert was performed in the small log chapel of the St. James Episcopal Church. Because one concert soon expanded into a series, BIPAA was incorporated as a 501-c-3 non-profit organization. BIPAA’s mission is to promote, present and encourage participation in all the cultural arts in the Beaver Island community.
The Alliances’s signature event is the annual Baroque on Beaver Festival, which runs over a 10-day span from the last weekend of July through the first weekend of August July 27 – August 6, 2022. For more information about Baroque on Beaver call (888) 511-5189 Website Email
