Family Ties is brand new construction and nestled in the woods on the north end of the island on a beautiful small bluff that allows tons of sunshine in during the day or relax and enjoy a canopy of amazing stars at night on our deck. A short 3-minute drive will take you to Sunset Point on Donegal Bay or the village of St. James to eat and shop. You can bike or walk to beaches and town to explore everything the Island has to offer.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath home (1 full bath, 1 half bath) has everything you need to relax and plan daily adventures such as kayaking, hiking, swimming, climbing dunes with amazing views. Keep a lookout for Bald eagles as they have several nests in the area. All linens, towels, and beach towels are included!
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to create memory-making meals. Enjoy breakfast on our large 16 foot deck or walk 3 minutes with your cup of coffee to watch the sunrise at North Shore Park.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and we have a queen size air mattress to comfortably sleep six.
All brand new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wifi, board games, and T.V. Beautiful Donegal Bay is moments away to catch breathtaking sunsets and return home and relax watching the Islands night sky and northern lights while talking about the adventures you’ll have the next day.

- 3 night minimum Oct 1st-Nov 4th-175/day
