Rate for 2024:
$2,200./week 6% sales Tax (House) Cleaning fee: $275.
$750./week + 6% sales Tax (Apartment) Cleaning fee: $125.
$200./ security dep (House)
$100./ security dep (Apt)
Security deposits will be refunded if the house is left in good order and rules are followed.
