Make yourself at home in the clean, comfortable beach house nestled in mature hardwoods and pines with a spectacular view of Garden, Squaw and Whiskey Islands. The great room has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room table, breakfast bar and a great view from the living room. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Two main floor bedrooms, one at each end of the house; both have views of Lake Michigan and queen size beds with new mattresses. Downstairs bedroom has a full size bed and two twins. Sleeps eight people. Two full bathrooms on the main floor with tub/shower. Master bath has a second vanity/sink. Bed and bath linens are provided with a mid-week “fresh towel exchange”.
The home was purchased in the fall of 2016 and is being renovated for summer 2017. Other amenities: WIFI, Smart TV, DVD, board games, books, gas grill and patio table on the deck, two adult bikes, outdoor games and sand toys. No smoking or pets. Weekly rate $1800 + security deposit. Reduced autumn rates.
