This elegant home sits high above the dunes with a short walk to its sugar sand beach, beautiful Lake Michigan views and will truly leave you feeling relaxed and rested. With the island being in the middle of northern Lake Michigan this home is in a much desired location – close to the Dark Sky Sanctuary – which means the night sky will be amazing. The Island is the perfect spot to get away from it all and this home is the icing on the cake. Four bedrooms sleep eight, three of the bedrooms have their own sliding doors out on to the wraparound deck, the fourth bedroom is up the stairs in the cupola; it’ll be like sleeping in your own lighthouse! 2 Kings size and 2 Queen size beds for your comfort. Linens and towels are provided. 2 baths with walk-in showers. The cupola has 360* views of Iron Ore Bay and surrounding area. This octagon custom designed home has decking completely around the home with a wide entertaining deck facing the beach, propane BBQ and picnic tables for entertaining. Streaming WIFI TV for those rainy nights. Fujitsu units in the bedrooms to keep you cool or warm. A large kitchen to accommodate everyone has a snack bar and stools for extra dining along with the dining area, and all the amenities you will need for your home away from home in. Enjoy the beach, hike on the properties 12 acres or the many trails of Beaver Island. Go fishing or kayaking over at Lake Geneserath, less than 4 miles away.

Rates are June through October at $3,500/week we offer nightly rates of $620 a night with a 3 night minimum. Arrival day can be any day of the week. A discounted rate for monthly stays can be arranged. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a $50 fee extra for each dog (maximum of 2).
