The Wild Goose

Property Highlights The Wild Goose is a 12 acre, family-owned property with over 600’ of private Lake Michigan beach. This custom built home is perched on the edge of a pristine cedar and pine covered dune. There are three beautifully designed buildings connected by decking and stone walkways.

House Highlights The main house contains the kitchen, laundry and a master bedroom with full bath. The main house also has a vaulted ceiling, living room and dining area which are open concept with lake views. A second floor loft provides additional sleeping space with a half bath at the bottom of the stairs. Beds: master bedroom (1 queen) and loft bedroom (1 queen and 2 twins.) Maximum of 6 guests.

Optional Guest House Two more spacious bedrooms with lake views are steps away from the main house, connected by decking. These rooms share one bathroom with a tub/shower. Each of these guest rooms has a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee pot, sink and microwave. This house allows 1-4 more people (queen bed in one room and two full-sized bunk beds in the other) for an additional $1,200/wk + $100 cleaning.

Amenities TV with DVD is in the separate screen porch building. This space is perfect for movies, games and kid hangout. There is WIFI but cell service is dependent on carrier. 2 Stand Up Paddle boards, fans, pack-n-play, books, movies, beach chairs, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, 3-5 mountain bikes, and grill.

Details and Housekeeping Kitchen, bath and beach towels are provided. We ask that renters BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS. Please note the bed sizes and bring appropriate sheets for your needs. There are pillows and blankets for each bed, provide your own pillow cases. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed dishes and cooking equipment. The island has one grocery store and a range of restaurants. All garbage must be disposed of by renter at the transfer station. NO pets allowed and NO smoking on property. Check in is 5pm, check out is 11am. Sunday to Sunday preferred.

$325/night, $300 cleaning, $750 security deposit
